Chicken breast is a staple protein that I add to my salads, pasta, tacos or eat on its own with vegetables all the time. It is very healthy, filling and satisfying. Salads topped with cooked chicken are my favorite. And chicken is delicious and very cost conscious. I love chicken breasts grilled, pan fried, baked and stuffed. I make this pan fried recipe all the time. With minimal cooking time and no extensive prep involved it is super quick and easy.
