Carrot Cake Muffins

If you are as much a fan of carrot cake as I am, you’re going to love these delicious little cupcakes. Cupcakes are perfect for certain kinds of occasions. Especially if you’re dealing with a bunch of kids. Cupcake form pretty much eliminated the amount of food chaos the kids create when they get together in groups.
