Frosted Sugar Cookies

Light and fluffy, pillow like soft frosted sugar cookies with colorful buttercream frosting and a rainbow of sprinkles are every kids favorite. These delicious sugar cookies are baked with sour cream and a little bit of cornstarch to keep the cookies irresistibly soft after baked. They bake up with a puffy center but flatten slightly once they cool down. You take a bite and they just melt in your mouth. Simply heavenly.
