Windmill Cookies

I always have so much fun making the Dutch windmill cookies with my daughter. The cookies are thin and crunchy treats stamped with Holliday cookie stamps. What 6 year old wouldn’t enjoy and be entertained by squishing the cookie dough with various Christmas stems. None absolutely none of you ask me.
