Zucchini Grilled Cheese



The zucchini grilled cheese is a healthier, low carb version of you classic grilled cheese sandwich. We are going to make our own zucchini flatbreads to use in place of regular bread. Zucchini sandwich bread is airy and fluffy and light, but satisfying, full of fiber and comforting at the same time. Perfect for the upcoming bikini season. This bread could be made low-carb, gluten-free and Keto. Just use the almond flour in place of the wheat flour for a protein boost and to omit the carbs.
